Guest Services
Reception operates 8 AM to 9 PM Monday-Friday and 8 AM to 6 PM Saturday-Sunday. A site manager is on duty 24 hours. The tour desk books tickets to Dreamworld and Wet'n'Wild theme parks. WiFi is available in public areas for a surcharge.
